Job Description
Energy Regulatory Associate Attorney seeking to work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of energy, technology, and large-scale infrastructure development. Experience advising energy market participants, data center developers, hyperscalers, and other large energy users on complex regulatory, transactional, and infrastructure matters required.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3–6+ years of significant law firm experience in Energy regulatory law, Power markets, Infrastructure transactions, and Related energy matters
  • Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users preferred
  • Familiarity with digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement matters preferred
  • Experience with FERC or state public utility commission proceedings is a plus
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business judgment and client management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and sophisticated practice environment
