Job Description
Energy Regulatory Associate Attorney seeking to work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of energy, technology, and large-scale infrastructure development. Experience advising energy market participants, data center developers, hyperscalers, and other large energy users on complex regulatory, transactional, and infrastructure matters required.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–6+ years of significant law firm experience in Energy regulatory law, Power markets, Infrastructure transactions, and Related energy matters
Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users preferred
Familiarity with digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement matters preferred
Experience with FERC or state public utility commission proceedings is a plus
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business judgment and client management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and sophisticated practice environment
