Job Description
Energy Regulatory Associate Attorney position with a global law firm seeking an associate with experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, and digital infrastructure matters.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3–6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, and related energy matters
  • Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users
  • Familiarity with digital infrastructure, co-located generation, or large-scale energy procurement matters
  • Experience with FERC or state public utility commission proceedings
