Role Overview

The Compliance Officer III will conduct investigations of allegations of misconduct by licensed physicians and acupuncturists, prepare supporting data for the issuance of investigative subpoenas, and perform related duties as required.

What You Will Do

Reviews and investigates complaints and reports from individuals, hospitals, national data repositories, licensed health care providers, law enforcement agencies, medical insurance providers, governmental health care funding agencies, and other sources to determine potential violations of laws, regulations, or standards of medical care affecting the public health, safety, and/or welfare of the citizens of the Commonwealth.
