Job Description
The Enforcement Program Coordinator will manage inspection program scheduling, develop process improvement initiatives, and perform project management needs. Ideal candidate will have strong operational and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Implement, manage, and monitor inspection scheduling for various inspection programs
  • Communicate with business owners and managers to schedule appointments
  • Conduct quality assurance review on inspections conducted and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or quality of work
  • Attend internal and external meetings and coordinate with other city agencies
  • Review and enter inspection data into agency systems, and conduct research and analysis of business information in agency databases
  • Prepare and generate reports as needed for Enforcement management to track inspection goals and efficiency
  • Report issues and trends to Enforcement management team and make recommendations to update policies and procedures and improve the day-to-day operations of the program
  • Coordinates and assists with training of staff
  • May perform other community related work and/or special assignments as necessary
