Job Description
CSI is seeking an Enforcement & Trial Attorney to manage cases from referral through final judgment, including drafting pleadings and briefs, and representing CSI in court appearances and at trial. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and membership in good standing in the State Bar of Montana. They will also have the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and collaborate with state and federal partners to prosecute complex white collar criminal cases.
