Role OverviewWe are seeking an Engagement Director to lead and coordinate daily activities, events, and special programs for our residents. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in activities programming, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning, developing, and overseeing a comprehensive activities program, supervising and supporting activity staff and volunteers, and maintaining accurate documentation of resident participation and program effectiveness.
