Join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting to help life science R&D organizations and operations become more efficient and effective. Drive change and growth by developing engagement strategies and working with senior customer stakeholders. Build a network of potential customers and develop content for business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science or business
  • Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or equivalent industry role
  • Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
  • Engagement management experience
  • Strong presentation and business development skills
