Job Description
As an Engagement Manager US - R&D Advisory at Syneos Health Consulting, you will help life science R&D organizations and operations become more efficient and effective. You will work with senior customer stakeholders, develop customer proposals, and conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables. You will also actively build a network of potential customers and leverage social media, seminars, and conferences to expand your network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life science or business
  • Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or equivalent industry role
  • Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
  • Engagement management experience
  • Strong presentation and business development skills
