Role OverviewAs an Engine Rebuild Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in disassembling, repairing, and restoring diesel and natural gas industrial engines. You'll work on power systems that support vital infrastructure and industries throughout Texas.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include: disassembling, inspecting, and reconditioning diesel and natural gas engines, performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, removing and installing engines and generator systems, testing and adjusting components for optimal performance, conducting technical analysis and failure diagnosis.

Requirements
- Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or certificate from a technical school preferred
- Previous mechanic or military experience
- Knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, and engine systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems independently
