Role OverviewAs part of a small team, you will develop and implement commercial quality processes for the design, test, and manufacture of launch vehicles, spacecraft, and related technologies. You will drive quality products throughout the organization by maintaining a culture that emphasizes accountability and attention to detail at all levels.
What You Will Do
Perform internal audits, recommend corrective action, support maturation of a QMS environment, communicate with all levels of management and stakeholders, and mentor Blue Origin employees on the QMS.

Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years shown experience in QMS / Internal Auditing
- 6+ years of AS9100 or ISO9001 auditing experience within a manufacturing environment
- Able to identify problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Outstanding listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with special process oversight is a must
