Job Description
Textron Aviation seeks a Structural Repair Engineer to develop repair instructions and conduct substantiation analyses for certification, safety, and continued airworthiness of jet and propeller aircraft. The role ensures all data meets FAA requirements and internal engineering standards, while providing technical support to service centers, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time-management skills with ability to support multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to lead and manage projects of varying size and scope
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Previous structural analyst experience preferred
