Job Description
4Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work under the direction of a Senior Civil/Traffic Engineer or Department Manager on our Public Works team in our Visalia or Clovis office.

Requirements

  • Leading and managing a variety of traffic engineering design tasks
  • Preparing transportation impact analysis, warrant studies, speed studies, road safety studies, and other transportation-related studies
  • Performing field work, such as site review during design and in support of construction
  • Gathering and analyzing various data to complete special studies and make recommendations
  • Providing quality control review
  • Reviewing engineering plans and studies for accuracy and providing comments to other functional areas
  • Assisting with business development and marketing
  • Managing direct client interactions and communication with the public
