Role OverviewThe Engineer I is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel. This position will be responsible for identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our guests.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and finish work in the hotel, including HVAC, elevators, fire safety systems, generators, lighting, and water supply system. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failures, and assist in checking electrical systems and making minor repairs.

Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.

- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.

- Professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work within POS, PMS, CRM, and other Hospitality-specific software systems.
- Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests, vendors, and team members.
- Must have the ability to resolve problems and/or conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
