Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
4-6 years of maintenance technician/building engineer experience
Comprehensive training and certification in HVAC and other building engineering technologies
Advanced knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and NFC codes and regulations
Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
Intermediate computer skills
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Licenses for applicable jurisdiction and equipment
CFC certification
SMT certification or enrollment in program
