Job Description
We are seeking an Engineer III to perform mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance throughout the property. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in engineering or facilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
  • Read, write, and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
  • Previous experience in Engineering or Facilities in relation to general building maintenance
  • Minimum three years' experience as a general building repair technician preferably involved in hospitality industry
