Requirements

  • Routine maintenance and urgent repair
  • Sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Keeps all records of maintenance and testing
  • Preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment
  • Repairing and/or replacing materials on furniture
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Hotel Guest room repairs
  • Responds to Maximo WO’s
  • Keeps daily logs
  • Supports events and casino
