Job Description
Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property. Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Perform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment
  • Repair and/or replace materials on game tables, chairs, stools and additional furniture throughout the property as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
