Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting, and electrical maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
