Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction is seeking an Engineer-in-Charge to oversee the creation and submission of As-Built drawings for Infrastructure Construction Projects. The successful candidate will report to a Deputy Director and exercise independent judgment while working with consultants and team members to provide guidance, establish policies, and ensure adherence to the latest standards.

Requirements

  • Four years of full-time, satisfactory experience in civil engineering work
  • A valid New York State Professional Engineer's License
  • Current New York State registration as a Professional Engineer
  • Master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university (may be substituted for one year of experience)
