Job Description
Raba Kistner, Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented Engineer-In-Training I to join our Infrastructure team in Midvale, Utah. Responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, research, and problem-solving, as well as preparing and reviewing reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering which has been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (EAC/ABET)
  • Considerable knowledge of engineering fundamentals, principles, practices, and methods
  • Possess a valid driver’s license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet firm’s auto insurability requirements
  • Good oral and written communications skills and ability to work in teams at different levels within the organization
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be self-motivated with good attendance record and be able to work independently
  • Able to analyze, problem-solve, and recommend solutions
  • Able to use hand tools such as sledgehammers, shovels, and picks
  • Some knowledge of The State specific Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices or National Manual of Uniform Traffic control Devices approved by the Federal Highway Administrator as the National Standard
