Role OverviewUnder the general direction of the Engineering Manager, design, maintain, improve, and develop all manufacturing processes for product manufacture and/or completion within the facility.
What You Will Do
Design, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, create and maintain drawings, processes, and routers, oversee engineering aspects of new product qualification and start-up, and diagnose product, tool, and equipment problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with focus on mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
- 5 years direct manufacturing engineer work experience
- Proficient in CAD with Inventor software
- PLC programming familiarity
- Experience with PFMEA
- Minimum 5 years of directly related engineering experience
- Strong in machine design and automation
- Compressed gas cylinder experience desirable
- Knowledgeable and able to participate in continuous process improvement activities
- Excellent communication skills
