Job Description
The Engineer position is responsible for mechanical operation of Chillers, Boilers, Cooling towers, Electrical systems, Fire alarm systems, HVAC units, Air handler’s, as well as guestroom InnComm system.

Requirements

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on mechanical equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems, make repairs as follows: replace bearings and belts and check for proper alignment, repair fan coil units, replace piping and fittings and maintain appropriate records of preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to requests and make the necessary repairs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with requests to shut down water, steam and gas supplies.
  • Change filters on HVAC and fan coil units
