What You Will Do
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes related to SMT routing and manufacturing. Troubleshoot and support complex manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements and solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related STEM field
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience reading and interpreting specifications, schematics, and block diagrams
- Experience with Depanel routing equipment or other SMT related processes
- Able to operate highly automated equipment safely
- Experience with Troubleshooting complex equipment to ensure adequate availability and performance
