Job Description
Support the dedicated Enterprise Solutions and Services team, lead complex Customer Owned Alarm Monitoring projects, provide remote diagnostic and technical reporting/support, maintain customer Security and network equipment, and work on Remote Projects and Service Request.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience dealing with Alarm Monitoring Infrastructure
  • Efficiency in one of the following products: MAS, DMP Receivers, SureGuard Receivers
  • Experience in breaking down SQL databases and creating customer reports
  • Proven experience in coordinating and building MAS architecture
  • Degree or Diploma in computer science or related field preferred
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong network and computer skills/knowledge
  • Experienced in network support (routing/switching), preferably on a large campus type scale
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
