Job Description
Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property. Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience as a general building repair technician
  • Knowledge in HVAC, Refrigeration and EPA licensed
  • Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department in relation to general building maintenance
  • Perform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment
  • Circuit breaker reset
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Respond to Maximo WO's
  • Keep daily logs
  • Support events
