Role OverviewResponsible for planning, managing, and coordinating activities in the area of Engineering, Maintenance, and Innovations, based on customer requirements, current standards, and tools for Safety, Quality, and Engineering.
What You Will Do
Execute procedures, improve business processes, develop layouts, and implement warehouse strategies to meet customer requirements and optimize resource use. Coordinate and direct projects, enforce Lean principles, and support the development of training and Lean tools.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 2 years of lean management experience, 5 years of engineering and planning of logistics processes, and 2 years of team leading and budget administration experience.

- Coordinate and direct projects
- Direct the application of project management methodology
- Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives
- Initiates and manages internal LEAN systems
- Enforce LEAN principles and culture throughout organization
- Improving business to make processes robust and efficient
- Support the development of Training and Lean-Tools and Techniques
- Performs analysis of efficiency data
- Monitor progress toward completion of training goals
- Manages the Idea Management program
- Conduct time studies and upload information into SharePoint system
- KPI measurement and development
- Coaching and active support of Leadership in all areas of Lean Processes
- Auditing of Lean-Processes and Reporting
- Train all personnel on LEAN culture, Kaizen, Idea Management, and other pertinent areas
