Role OverviewThe Engineering & Product Design Manager will lead and actively engage in the day-to-day operations of the Diamond Vision Systems Division (DVD). This role is responsible for engineering coordination with overseas factories, system design for the installation of the products and divisional quality initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead Engineering Operations: Direct Engineering activities ensuring alignment with division objectives, project execution, and customer commitments. Work Shoulder-to-Shoulder with Engineers: Serve as a hands-on technical leader, partnering directly with engineers to contribute to system designs, review designs, and solve complex problems in real time.

Requirements
