Job Description
The NYC Department of Correction seeks an Engineering Auditor to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications, and to perform field inspections and audits.

Requirements

  • Current employment with an NYC agency and permanent civil service title of Civil Engineer or comparative title
  • Valid New York State Professional Engineer's License
  • Four years of full-time experience in civil engineering work
  • Master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university (may be substituted for one year of experience)
  • Experience as a major contributor or project leader on a complex project (for Assignment Levels II and III)
