Role OverviewThe Engineering Construction Project Controls Professional will assist with accounting functions, reporting, invoicing support, travel coordination, and additional administrative support for various projects in the South Division. This individual will perform routine tasks in support of project costs, documents, and reporting activities and will assist project managers and program managers with the development and organization of project data.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting with accurate record keeping and expense documentation of project activities for invoicing, supporting project teams in document management, and assisting in the creation of additional folder structure and document filing for all areas of the project.

Requirements
- Associates degree in finance, business, project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-6 years related experience working directly in project planning, cost control, using MS Excel
- 1+ year of finance, accounting, or construction management
- Demonstrate team collaboration, communication, and organization skills
- Advanced level of analytical, evaluative, and constructive thinking
