Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant progressive people and operations leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, scientific or healthcare-related discipline

- Proven skills in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making
- Experience with intellectual property fundamentals
- Demonstrated capacity to relate to all levels of employees
