Job Description
The Engineering Documentation Processor works closely with Engineers and Development Specialists to document new products in such a way that Production can properly build. They are also responsible for processing EARs received from all areas of the company.

Requirements

  • Log and reserve ECN numbers
  • Assign LECO part numbers to new products and record information in drawing record form
  • Create mark-ups for new and/or revised drawings and process sheets
  • Verify, update, or create bills of materials as required per the ECN process or new product release
  • Document changes in accordance with EAR and ECN processes
  • Coordinate and verify new or revised drawings and process sheets with PCAD or SolidWorks drafters
  • Cross check created and updated drawings
  • Initial documents for approval
