We are seeking a Full-Time Engineering Finishes Technician to join our Engineering team at the Hyatt Regency DFW. The role involves maintaining the appearance, comfort, and quality of guest rooms and public spaces, with opportunities for hands-on work and craftsmanship.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional painting experience in a commercial, residential, facilities, or hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship and finished appearance
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Engineering/Maintenance team members and hotel leadership
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-service mindset, especially when working in guest rooms, public spaces, or occupied areas
