Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Full-Time Engineering Finishes Technician to join their Engineering team at the Hyatt Regency DFW. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the appearance, comfort, and quality of guest rooms and public spaces.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional painting experience in a commercial, residential, facilities, or hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship and finished appearance
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Engineering/Maintenance team members and hotel leadership
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-service mindset, especially when working in guest rooms, public spaces, or occupied areas
  • Manual dexterity and strong hand–eye coordination
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and safely work at heights
