Job Description
Work with engineering to validate new production equipment, conduct time studies, and develop standard work instructions for production processes. Assist with monitoring modifications, upgrades, and troubleshoot existing processes to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • Exposure to mechanical design software and 3D modeling (AutoCAD and SolidWorks a plus)
  • Intermediate MS Office including Excel (Microsoft Project a plus)
  • Industrial Manufacturing Software (Ignition, SAP - ERP, MES, and CMMS modules) a plus (not required)
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to observe, learn, and help evaluate technical situations
  • Good safety awareness, organization skills, and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Ability to work well with and communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
