Role OverviewOversee daily operations in GLE labs to ensure optimal performance for meeting project demand. Install equipment and run cables in equipment cabinets. Procurement of materials and allocation of equipment resources.
What You Will Do
Maintain laboratory equipment and supply inventory, arranging for repairs and replacements when necessary. Conduct regular operational system checks and safety assessments to identify issues and mitigate potential hazards.

Requirements
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- At least 9 years of prior experience in an engineering laboratory management role- installing equipment, managing inventory, etc.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team‐collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent lab priorities
- Maintained a high accuracy rate (98%+ in documented work) through strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
