Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience leading engineering teams or complex technical initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in backend, frontend, or full-stack engineering
- Proven technical leadership and execution skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineers
- Strong ownership, product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration
