Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Lead to own a significant area of the Pika platform, leading a pod of engineers and setting technical direction while staying deeply hands-on.
Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years in a tech lead or engineering lead role
Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, API design, database architecture, and cloud infrastructure
Proven leadership skills with experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and shipping products through ambiguity
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Python
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes
