Role OverviewThe Engineering Machinist will have an interest in custom machinery manufacturing with high-performance materials and will be responsible for the machining of custom parts, tooling, and engineering projects.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and designers to ensure parts are being made to design intent. Machine parts to appropriate dimensions with little to no supervision. Use CAM software to program parts to the most efficient and appropriate machining techniques.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should be able to work with a fully dimensioned drawing, or a 3D model, a back of napkin sketch or just an idea. This role is progressive and will develop in accordance with skill set over time.

- Capable with Okuma and Mori seiki control
