Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager plays a critical role in leading the North Bay Engineering Team and supporting vessel operations. This position ensures our fleet is maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
What You Will Do
Oversee engineering work on the vessels, facilities, and terminals. Perform quality control inspections of all maintenance work, sub-contractor and shipyard work. Manage all communication with all NB Engineers, and provide updates to the Director of Engineering.

Requirements
- Marine Engineering experience, preferably in the passenger vessel industry.
- Experience in maritime maintenance facilities.
- Knowledge of all aspects of vessel repair and fabrication
- Minimum of 10 years of recent, marine engineering experience or equivalent experience (must include a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience).
- Must possess a valid Driver License with a good driving record.
- Computer literacy and strong oral/written communication are required.
