Job Description
Klaviyo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the AI Enablement team, responsible for designing and delivering world-class, AI-driven solutions to accelerate the engineering organization. The role involves strategic leadership, team management, and technical expertise in AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering with at least 2+ years in a Management or similar role
  • Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, local development environments, and cloud infrastructure
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience with proficiency in languages like Python, Typescript, and/or Go
  • Strong hands-on experience with specific AI/ML frameworks or platforms
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team of highly skilled engineers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with complex technical challenges related to developer workflows and systems
