Role OverviewWe are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for Grata's proprietary company data. This role sits at the intersection of large-scale data engineering, entity resolution, and search, and is accountable for the coverage, accuracy, and freshness of the firmographic, financial, and ownership data at the core of the platform.
What You Will Do
As an Engineering Manager, you will be accountable for both delivery and people leadership, while partnering closely with Data Science, Product, AI, and Design. You will own the outcomes of your team's efforts, coach engineers on growth plans, establish healthy team practices, and represent Engineering in cross-functional ceremonies.

Requirements

- Experience designing and operating queue-based, event-driven, or asynchronous pipelines at scale
- Familiarity with entity resolution, record matching, deduplication, or data quality problems
- Proficiency with search and indexing systems such as Elasticsearch or equivalent
