Role OverviewAs the Engineering Manager for Discovery, you'll lead the team responsible for building intuitive, reliable care discovery experiences that connect members and care teams with the information and services they need.
What You Will Do
You'll lead engineering efforts spanning care search, relevance, and scheduling — making it easier for members to find appropriate care and for care teams to navigate complex information efficiently.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of approximately 5 or more engineers in a product or platform engineering environment.
- Strong software engineering background, with experience designing and operating backend services, APIs, and data-intensive systems.
- Experience owning and evolving production systems end-to-end, including architecture, delivery, performance, and operational reliability.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable product or business outcomes.
- Track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
