Lead technical strategy, participate in development lifecycle, code, review, and architect solutions. Partner with product management and data teams to define technical roadmap and ensure high observability and stability standards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of formal experience in engineering management leading a team of engineers

- Demonstrated ability to leverage LLM-integrated agents (specifically Claude Code) to improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) speed and code quality
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing SaaS products with a focus on metrics-driven growth, conversion, and user experience
- Ability to distill complex technical/AI-related trade-offs into actionable plans for leadership and cross-functional partners
