Role OverviewManage a team of designers/engineers to deliver high quality, cost effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers. Formulate plans and allocate resources to meet contractual and financial targets. Showcase expertise by initiating, coordinating, driving, and overseeing team development and continual improvement of processes and procedures.
What You Will Do
Ensure delivery of technical automation solutions according to customer requirements, participate in customer meetings, allocate resources effectively, oversee project planning, execution, and closure, and drive team performance to ensure deliverables are met on time and in line with contract specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of Engineering experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Proven expertise in project and engineering risk management
- Ability to apply agile methodologies, design thinking, and data-driven insights
- Valid Passport with no barriers
- Work authorization that would permit to work for ABB in the US
