Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers on various control system projects, developing technical and commercial success. They will maintain current knowledge of relevant technology, communicate with other technical resources, and collaborate with the Business Development Team. The role requires a strong understanding of project contracts and specifications, as well as the ability to minimize and mitigate project risk.
What You Will Do
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and under budget. They will lead individual project-related tasks and/or large projects in their entirety, assuming ultimate responsibility for their successful completion. The role also involves communicating with customers, providing feedback to team members, and managing team members' compensation and time off.
