Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager is responsible for assisting with maintaining the overall operation of Union Station and supports the Hotel's engineering department. The role requires overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in building mechanical equipment and central plants, high-rise plumbing systems, electrical distribution, kitchen equipment, as well as painting and finishes.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing activities concerned with the maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems, preparing and submitting budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports, and developing and implementing quality control programs.

Requirements
- Overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability
- Skills in building mechanical equipment and central plants, high-rise plumbing systems, electrical distribution, kitchen equipment, as well as painting and finishes
- Experience in managing utility systems
- Proven leadership skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in chilled water systems, domestic hot water systems, domestic water booster systems, HVAC systems, energy management systems, and kitchen facilities
