Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager leads engineering resources and technical activities within a precision machining environment, supporting both existing production and new product introduction. This role provides technical leadership across CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, process development, tooling/fixturing, and production support.
What You Will Do
Directs department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures. Resolves problems using solutions that involve new techniques, technologies, or concepts.
