Role OverviewLead the California engineering team as the engineering leader for the Sunnyvale office, managing critical parts of the edge AI platform, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing engineering.

Set direction, grow the team, and stay close to the code through architecture, review, and debugging.

Requirements
- Reached Staff / very senior IC level and spent a couple of years there before moving into management
- Current or prior experience managing engineers (Tech Lead Manager or Engineering Manager)
- Deep strength in at least one of: distributed / real-time systems (e.g. C++), robotics / AI, or HPC
- Time inside an established top-tier engineering culture with exposure to how a 50–100+ person org operates
- A strong hiring track record and a high bar for what 'great' looks like
- Still genuinely hands-on and motivated by ownership, impact, and shaping the product
