Role OverviewThe Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop and create solutions to technical problems. They oversee research and development of new products, procedures, and operations, and are responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring other engineers and supporting staff.
What You Will Do
The Engineering Manager will supervise and lead engineers and technicians, direct and/or coordinate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance, and develop cost estimates for new projects and product designs.
