Job Description
Sprig is building an AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, and we're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Product team. As a manager, you'll define technical vision, partner with Product and Design, and build a high-performing engineering team. You'll also be responsible for delivering SDKs and dashboard features for our customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing and growing frontend, mobile, or full-stack engineering teams
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Experience building or supporting Mobile SDKs or developer-facing SDKs
  • Hands-on leadership style with comfort staying close to the code and guiding architectural decisions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise requirements including performance, security, and service-level expectations
  • Ability to clearly communicate across technical and non-technical audiences and drive alignment
  • Deep care for user experience and a passion for building tools that developers genuinely enjoy using
